How do I know this Magic Wand is Authentic?
We provide a 100% guarantee that you will receive an authentic Magic Wand massager with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
Which model is the most Powerful?
Magic Wand Rechargeable and Magic Wand Plus go up to 6,300 RPM, while Magic Wand Original and Magic Wand Mini go up to 6,000 RPM.
Does the Magic Wand come in 220v or is it only 110v?
The Magic Wand Original is made to work with 110-120 volt electrical plugs. The Magic Wand Rechargeable, Magic Wand Plus, and Magic Wand Mini use a power source of 100-240 volt.
How Mini is the Magic Wand Mini? Also, is it powerful like the Magic Wand Original?
The Magic Wand Mini is a fantastic massager that measures just under 10 inches long. This is approximately 2 inches shorter than the Magic Wand Original. So technically, it is a "mini" version. However, the Magic Wand Mini operates with 3 speeds which peak at 6,000 RPM. This happens to be the same RPM level as the corded Magic Wand Original.
What will my credit card/bank statement show?

Do I need to be 18 or older to purchase?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or purchase products from Magic Wand US.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
All orders are automatically queued for fulfillment immediately upon purchase, so we are unable to guarantee cancellation of any order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order details, including items and shipping address, before checking out. If you need to request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@magicwandus.com and we will make a best effort to accommodate your request. What is your Return Policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, with all original seals and packaging intact. Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer provides return shipping. To start a return, you can contact us at info@magicwandus.com. Where and how do you ship?
All orders within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, ship "Economy" for FREE using UPS or USPS. We also offer "Express" shipping for $4.99 — orders of $100 or more may qualify for free Express shipping as part of ongoing promotions. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO at this time. We currently ship within the United States and Canada only; rates and delivery times for Canada are calculated at checkout. All orders are shipped in plain packaging, and no one will know what you have purchased from us. Orders are shipped the same day received, as long as the order is placed before 2:00 PM PST.
Do you offer Discreet shipping?
Yes, all orders are shipped in plain packaging with nothing about magicwandus.com mentioned on the box.
Is there a Warranty?
Yes! There is a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all Magic Wand massagers. This warranty is provided and administered directly by the manufacturer.
