Unfortunately our shipment was lost and we are waiting on a determination as to why is next. Just sent a reply this morning to customer service, placed order on 6/7 Feb, paid for express shipping to arrive 10/11 Feb…still no package or determination from the company. I would really like to see the company ship a new package overnight, maybe with a different shipping provider. Thank you.
Magic Wand Rechargeable HV-270 Personal Massager
Hello, I ordered the "Magic Wand Rechargeable HV-270 Personal Massager" (order #212023) in early December 2024 (maybe the 5th) and I got a tracking number, it said it was delivered on December 6th. Well there's no package, and the tracking states it was delivered to a town when I live in a neighboring city. I'd like a refund - I've reached out and have received zero information or efforts to ameliorate this unfortunate situation. I would accept having the package resent with expedited shipping. But I have been given no sign that there's an active customer service staff at Magic Wand US.
