Cancellation policy

All orders are automatically queued for fulfillment immediately upon purchase. Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellation of any order once it has been placed.

Please double-check your order details — including items, sizes, and shipping address — before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you need to request a cancellation, email us immediately at info@magicwandus.com. We will make a best effort to cancel your order if it has not yet entered fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee this will be possible, as orders may begin processing within minutes of being placed.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Any eligible return must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
