Very weird as I have the newest model of the wand and checked it was compatible, then the charger didn't quite fully plug into the charging port hole, and now my wand turns on for just a moment and then dies no matter how long it charges! Really bummed and disappointed since it was not cheao and I checked everything I needed to check prior to ordering and even used the same outlet in the same room, I hve no idea what went wrong.
